The human mind can have approximately 60,000 thoughts a day; of that total, 35,000 are deliberations that must be scrutinized consciously. Often times life will present us with a cross road of choices and it is the result of our decisions that create the road traveled. The streets traversed are not always paved and the barricades of indecision develop mental traffic jams that block the neurotransmitters from coasting along the highway. One thought can have a ripple effect that imprints the actions unfolding in life like the footprint of an animal in the dirt.
At the essence of the human being is an energy that runs the soul. The brain is fueled by our souls that are the driving force for our purpose. The people and events in our lives teach us a lesson about what it means to be alive. Each interaction enlightens our sense of self as we grow to understand the intentions behind why certain occurrences take place when they do. It is simple to internally evaluate the notion that our minds are creating scenarios that appear before our eyes, but to comprehend the depth at which this concept is actually happening is rather complex.
In the same way that a prism refracts light, our minds change energy at different angles depending on what we need in our lives. Sometimes it is a kaleidoscope effect that inspires us to see things through a new lense and change our approaches to how we handle certain situations. Divergent thinking is the result of expanding our paradigms to encompass the uncomfortable but set boundaries of self-worth that empower clarity.
